Quirindi
Quirindi Eventing last weekend was a great chance to get out and about again.
The weather gods were shining on us and the anticipated rain stayed away.
CH Colette (Michah) had her first run around a 3*. She was on her toes for the dressage so it wasn't our best score and then she really turned it on and was very keen in the sj warm up. She cruised over the poles leaving them all up. Xc was the biggest test and she smashed it. Proving she was definitely ready for the upgrade. I'm so excited for the future with this horse!
I pinched the ride on BZ Frankie from Breanna Tillitzk in the 95. He is so much fun to event and I'm looking forward to getting out on him again. He makes the xc feel like a hack around the park!
Mallyon Hills Julio had her second outing with me to finish in 2nd! Julio was great all weekend and it was so nice to be rewarded with a placing. She is just getting better and better with each outing.
Thanks to the support crew both at home and at the events that make it all happen.
Thank you to the wonderful organisers, volunteers and supporters who run the events.
And finally thanks to my wonderful sponsors
Bates Saddles for the amazing Artiste and Victrix Saddles and the beautiful new Saddle pads.
And Furneys Stockfeeds - Rutherford for providing us with top quality feed to keep our horses looking and feeling great.
