Sydney International Three Day Event

Sydney International Three Day Event last week was a roller coaster of an event.

Wimborne Constable and I in the Bates Saddles 4* were ready to put our best foot forward. He did a super dressage test which left us in a very competitive position. Next it was on to xc where he was absolutely flying, until he wasn't! Not our day as we parted ways towards the end of the course. Both of us have pulled up completely fine and ready to go another day. That's Eventing for you...

Donut in the CopRice 3* was a star. At only his 3rd outing at the level he performed brilliantly. Plenty to keep working on but definitely looking exciting for the future. A 4th placing was the icing on the cake and made for a cheery truck drive home.
